User Data Deletion Instructions

At BookYogaSchool, we value your privacy and are committed to giving you complete control over your personal data. If you have registered an account on our platform directly or using social login services (like Facebook Login or Google Sign-In), you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and associated data.

According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Meta (Facebook) Platform Terms, we provide a clean, accessible path for you to remove your personal information from our databases.

How to Delete Your Data

Method 1: Request Deletion via Email (Recommended)

You can request your data deletion at any time by contacting our support team:

  1. Send an email to support at hello@bookyogaschool.online.
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
  3. In the body of the email, provide your **full name** and the **email address** associated with your BookYogaSchool account.
  4. Our support team will process your request, delete all your user records, profiles, and booking logs from our active servers within **48 hours**, and send you a confirmation email.

Method 2: Remove Facebook Integration Directly

If you signed up using your Facebook account, you can revoke BookYogaSchool's access to your data directly from Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Scroll down and select Apps and Websites on the left-side navigation bar.
  3. Find "BookYogaSchool" from the list of authorized apps.
  4. Click the Remove button next to the app name.
  5. (Optional) To request deletion of data previously collected, you can click on "View Details" and choose "Send Request" under the Data Deletion section.

What Information is Deleted?

Upon receiving a deletion request, we permanently purge the following details from our primary databases:

  • Your name, email address, password hash, and avatar.
  • Your OAuth provider identifiers (Google / Facebook ID numbers).
  • Your customer profile information and wishlist favorites.
  • Your past chat histories and messages.

Note: We may retain certain transaction records (e.g. payments or legal booking invoices) for accounting, taxation, or compliance reasons in accordance with applicable laws, but these will be fully anonymized and decoupled from your personal identity.
